We are reaching out to our friends in the community to ask for assistance in our fundraising efforts. We will be celebrating in grand style with our Georgie Awards presentation; an intimate and electrifying performance by one of the greatest voices in music history, Patti Labelle; and an after-party with open bar, hors d'oeuvres, and music!

Flowers by Bernard

Each year, we recognize extraordinary members of the community at our Georgie Award Presentation prior to the concert, who have made it possible for us to continue and thrive in our mission. This year it gives us great pleasure to honor and celebrate the Flowers by Bernard Family. Flowers by Bernard was a small plant shop that started 50 years ago by Bernard and Judith Silver. Fifty years later Judith and her daughters Elissa and Elizabeth and their husbands Glenn Carpenter and Irving David are operating the floral design and event business out of two locations and providing services all over the tri-state area. They have generously given to the Staten Island community and the St. George Theatre for the past nineteen years. This year embarks their twentieth year as part of the St. George Theatre family, and it gives us great pleasure to honor these rock stars.
